Best Gay Novel Series
To qualify as a 'series' there must be at least three books that are linked together, typically as demonstrated by the series having a title, but as long as they logically go together they can be included. Note that short works related to a larger book don't count; this is for novels.

I'm confused by how this works - should we vote for every book in that series, or just the first?

For this list to really be reflective of favorite series and rank them correctly, only one book in the series, preferably the first book, should be added to the list.
That part I understand - but I looked up this series, and the main characters are definitely NOT gay. I guess I should have been more specific about the question.

Lori, i see a lot of 2nd and more books added by the same series. Can you somebody edit it? I think a series should be well represented with just the first book.

There's a lot of second and third books on this list, can someone take them off and only leave the first book of each series? A reader looking for a new series to read will probably start off with the first book (well, if they're not me, hah), so generally the first book is all the representation the series needs.

This book has been removed.
This book has been removed.
This list is confusing. I hope it should be really broken down to only the first title of the series.

Hmmm... I thought it was part of a series, although not listed as such on GoodReads. Blue Dreams & Red Awakening carry on from Split with the same characters.
Btw, I wasn't the one who included this book in this list. :)

I didn't didn't know they had more books connecting the characters from Split. Thanks for the tip.

You're most welcome! :)

As much as I love Hot Head I don't understand how it can be on this list when there's currently only one book and only talk of a second book.
In the top 100 there are 20 books that are not the first of the series. If the intention is to only list the first book, perhaps it should be noted in the description. And the list should be edited.
