FIRST INSTALLMENT OF THE SEQUEL TO KNIGHT SCHOOL IS NOW ON THE KINDLE STORE!
Hey, I’ve released the first four chapters of the sequel to Knight School on the Kindle Store as a short story. I plan on writing about five of these four-chapter short stories until the full novel is finished by 2019. The first one is called “THE KNIGHT FUGITIVES PART 1: THE LAND OF ARIA”. Here’s the link:

“You didn't let me finish," said Julie. "It's weird... because I love you too." Tears poured down Julie's face. "I never told you this, though, since ― since I haven't felt loved in such a long time! The more that I wish it wasn't real, the more I know it is, and it terrifies me as nothing has ever done before."
Jason walked closer to Julie and grasped her hand. "I am not your father, Julie, I would never hurt you." Jason leaned in closer to Julie, so close that it seemed as if their hearts were beating as one, their lips slowly meeting in a passionate kiss. Jason wiped the tears off Julie's snow-white cheeks, which now had the faintest trace of red. As they slowly moved apart, Julie grinned despite herself.
"I just wanted you to know where I stand with us," said Jason. "But if you need time to think about... well... I'll be waiting.”

"Eventually," she said, "but first I wanted to tell you that I know how you feel... if you'll stop being a total jerk for two seconds. Can you?"

“The throne rumbled. A wave of gale-force anger slammed into me.
WHO DARES-
The voice stopped abruptly, The anger retreated, which was a good thing, because just those two words had almost blasted my mind to shreds.
Percy. My fathers voice was still angry but more controlled. What-exactly-are you doing on my throne?
"I'm sorry, Father," I said. "I needed to get your attention."

"Nah. They asked me a lot of questions about you. I played dumb."

“As for my brothers," Zeus said, "we are thankful"-he cleared his throat like the words were hard to get out-"erm, thankful for the aid of Hades."
The lord of the dead nodded. He had a smug look on his face, but I figure he'd earned the right. He patted his son Nico on the shoulders, and Nico looked happier than I'd ever seen him.
"And, of course," Zeus continued, though he looked like his pants were smoldering, "we must...um...thank Poseidon."
"I'm sorry, brother," Poseidon said. "What was that?"
"We must thank Poseidon," Zeus growled. "Without whom . . . it would've been difficult-"
"Difficult?" Poseidon asked innocently.
"Impossible," Zeus said. "Impossible to defeat Typhon.”
