Tetsuya Notoya (能登谷哲也 Notoya Tetsuya) is a Japanese designer and illustrator for HAL Laboratory. Notoya has directly worked on eleven Kirby games, and is credited in an additional three. He has also been involved with numerous other HAL and Nintendo titles since 1992.
