Is there a reason for the article being in the future tense, when the club apparently opened in 1991?

This is a pretty terribly written article with no citations, though on the sources part, sources are VERY scarce, so I think we have to live with that. I had the privilege of dining here on my trip and will upload some photos of the dining hall / buffet, since you are not going to find those on the net floating around. I don't even know if I was allowed to snap them because it's a members-only thing, but since I wasn't stopped, it's free for all to see just what this place is like.
