Calculation[]
The calculation is simpler than it seems, we only need to find the radius of the Black Hole and apply the already established formula.
Building Storey Height = 4.3 m
Black Hole Length = 73.8 m
Black Hole Radius = 73.8/2 = 36.9 m

Energy = ((299792458^2/(2*6.674*10^-11))/(5.972*10^24))*(2.487*10^32)*36.9 = 1.03468*10^36 Joules

However, the chapter stated that Garou fired an authentic 1*10^44 joules Gamma Ray Burst, so this 247-yottatons value is only taking into account the size of the Black Hole and not the statement itself.
