Updated Dragon Ball AP Ratings

Introduction

This blog will be focusing on the Attack Potency ratings throughout the canon continuity of Dragon Ball, i.e the original manga and up to super manga. Each era will be divided up into sagas to better organize them. For multipliers that will be used throughout:

Oozaru: 10x Base; Base is 1/10th Oozaru.
Super Saiyan: 50x Base; Base is 1/50th Super Saiyan.
Super Saiyan 2: 100x Base; Base is 1/100th Super Saiyan 2 (Except for Gohan in the Cell Games, as that is >>100x due to his rage amp on top of the boost).
Super Saiyan 3: 400x Base; Base is 1/400th Super Saiyan 3.
