Introduction[]
In an effort to prevent Ainz Ooal Gown from being struck by a projectile, Albedo rushes to his side and deflects the incoming attack. On a side note, how do her wings fit into her armor?
The Calc[]
Just a heads-up; this is a lowball. Albedo steps off to the left of Ainz before dashing back into frame, but there isn't any way to know how far she went before making the dash, so we'll be acting as if she ran straight.

2arctan(tan(70/2)*(121.5/478)) = 0.23971776123
0.23971776122*180/π = 13.7348159922
Ainz is 177 cm tall according to the Overlord Wiki, so distance = 734.83 cm, or 7.3483 meters.

2arctan(tan(70/2)*(386/477)) = 0.73226832834
0.73226832834*180/π = 41.9558846851
Distance = 230.82 cm, or 2.3082 meters.
Now I need to find Albedo's distance, subtract that from Ainz's, and then add that value to the original distance.
2arctan(tan(70/2)*(111.35/477)) = 0.22031734259
0.22031734259*180/π = 12.6232538839
A normal body is 7 1/2 heads tall. Albedo is 170 cm tall, so her head should be 22.667 cm.
Distance = 29.559 cm, or 0.29559 meters.
2.3082-0.29559 = 2.01261 meters.
7.3483+2.01261 = 9.36091 meters in total covered.
Albedo's step starts at 3:03.20 and she arrives at 3:03.77.
3.77-3.20 = 0.57 seconds
9.36091/0.57 = 16.423 meters per second, Superhuman
However, she is already off the screen after one step, so it is likely much MUCH higher than this. The only thing that remains is an afterimage.

That happens in literally a single frame. She isn't seen anywhere after the step, actually, so her getting into position for the second step and deflect is probable. So at least 9.36091 meters covered in 1 frame. Assuming Overlord runs on the animation framerate of 24 FPS, each frame is 0.04617 seconds.
9.36091/0.04167 = 224.643 meters per second, Subsonic+
A lot better, but considering how hard it is to gauge how far and fast Albedo is moving, I'd still say that this is a safe lowball with the extra Supersonic supporting feats.
But we also must take into account that no one even saw her move. Using the original calc's value of 1/120 (0.00833) seconds as a timeframe, the result goes to 1123.354 meters per second, or Mach 3.275, Supersonic+.
That's more like it, but that distance still sucks! Oh well.
