Summary
Robert Speedwagon, or rather just Speedwagon, is an assisting character in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part I: Phantom Blood and Part II: Battle Tendency. He is a former Ogre Street thug that devotes his entire life to Jonathan Joestar and his family after their encounter. He is also the founder of the Speedwagon Foundation, which also assists the main characters in Part III: Stardust Crusaders, Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable, and Part VI: Stone Ocean, as well as aids in the search for Giorno Giovanna at the beginning of Part V: Vento Aureo.

- Buzzsaw Hat: Speedwagon utilizes what appears to be an ordinary top hat but strangely has what seems to be a buzzsaw installed within the brim. Speedwagon seems to have a surprising amount of control with this hat, able to manipulate it to a high degree.
- Sledgehammer: Speedwagon has used a sledgehammer as a weapon on occasion.
Intelligence: Gifted (Quite cultured for a man who grew up on the streets, was in charge of a powerful street gang. Managed to see through Dio Brando's deception when no one else could. Eventually became the founder and leader of a billionaire philanthropic organization, aiding the future protagonists greatly)
Weaknesses: Succumbs to fear quite easily, which tends to often paint himself as a coward
