Summary
Since the eruption of Mount Fuji, the nights in Japan and this city have changed completely. Those covered in volcanic ash from Mount Fuji have become battle vampires, wielding tremendous power as they've started to kill each other and wash themselves in the blood of their fallen foes.
A war starts between the True Vampires, three people picked due to their ancestors from the past war, leading hundreds of Fake Vampires in this war to become the next Apex Predator, a position held by a mysterious vampire named Gore. For thousands of years Gore has started several wars and has become more and more disappointed in humans, he now wishes to rid the world of humans except for a couple million as the world has lost its beauty since his days living in Rome 2000 years ago.
The story focuses on two rather mysterious and irregular vampires, Domino and Zen, Domino being a 4th True Vampire, something that has never happened in the history of the wars, making her an anomaly. Zen is a young teenage boy, who was thrusted into the war due to his friend dying by a Fake Vampire and becoming one himself. Later on, it's hinted at that Zen is an entity closer to Gore than even the True Vampires, making him also an unknown and very intimidating vampires during the war.
The verse's general power is decent being Low 7-C for the most part, with the True Vampires scaling to Die Nights, with Hibuse's reaching Low 7-B. With the evolution of Shiro and Re-Baking, they become much stronger, reaching 7-B. The God Tier of the verse, Gore, erupts volcanoes comfortably sitting at 6-C. The power system is centered around a hierarchy for vampires, where there are True Vampires and Fake Vampires. The vampires powers are loosely based off their own perception and emotions of the world. The verse's speed starts at Subsonic to High Hypersonic+ with the highest feats being Gore flying from Pompeii to Rome in a short time, and Eden firing an energy beam past the horizon.
