Summary
Hutch Mansell was an "auditor" for federal government agencies who would hunt down and execute treasonous individuals, until an experience with one target inspired him to retire as a mundane family man. After a break-in to his house, which he refused to resist, indirectly leads to a vicious brawl on a bus, he is targeted by a Russian mobster, forcing him to re-awaken his killer instinct and fight back.
