Summary

Brian emerges as a significant antagonist in the first season of "Dexter" when a series of gruesome murders occur in Miami, with the victims dismembered and posed in a ritualistic manner. The killer becomes known as the Ice Truck Killer due to the method of preserving the bodies in refrigerated trucks. As the season progresses, it is revealed that Brian is the Ice Truck Killer, and he orchestrates a complex plan to reconnect with Dexter. Was able to evade the entire police department and even briefly framed someone else by forcing him to place the body parts for him by staying out of view from the cameras and pointing a gun at him from there. Successfully killed a man and stole his identity to keep his past a secret. Picked the locks in Dexter's apartment, is able to completely drain the blood from his victims. Brian is also a skilled prosthetist being able to make prosthetics very quickly and skillfully, Dexter even complimented his craftsmanship and even said himself "Your work's so good you even fooled yourself")

• Killing Method: Brian Moser knocks his victims out usually via strangling them (Although twice used M99 to knock Debra and Dexter out) then straps his victims to a table, tilts them upside-down and slits their carotid artery, allowing them to simply bleed out.
