Summary

Badussa was a minor antagonist appearing in Power Rangers: Dino Charge and major villain in its sequel series Power Rangers: Dino Super Charge. He is one of the most powerful aliens the Dino Charge Rangers have yet to fight, and arguably the most powerful villains to not be a "big bad". Badussa is an outlaw with a mysterious past. He takes great pride in his destruction of the Kyoryuger Galaxy, but has apparently destroyed many other galaxies.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Weapon Mastery, Petrification (with his amulet he can turn his opponents into stone ^[1]), Martial Arts (Fought against the rangers, said to have destroyed the Kyoryuger Galaxy in an unknown time frame), Energy Manipulation (Some of his attacks are energy based ^[1]), Explosion Manipulation (His attacks can cause explosions), Large Size (Type 1) and Size Manipulation (Size Enhancement) (via magna beam ^[1]), Teleportation (Can teleport ^[1]), Summoning (Can summon vivix and spikeballs ^[1]), Statistics Amplification (Can power his energy attacks to create his signature attack called "Badussa Beast Bite" ^[1]), Longevity (Million of years old), Self Sustenance (type 1) and Resistance to Space Radiation (Can survive in space like all the other monsters of the series), to Deconstruction (Took Heckyl's attacks and wasnt deconstructed ^[1]) and to Electricity Manipulation and Fire Manipulation (Took attacks from the red and golden rangers, should with no doubt be comparable to Singe)

Attack Potency: At least Large Planet level, likely far higher (Claimed to have destroyed a Galaxy over an unknown period of time in the past, a statement backed up by both Sledge and Heckyl at different points. Heckyl seemed to fear the destructive power of Badussa [Interestingly, Badussa showed mutual fear towards Heckyl as well]. Defeated Keeper, Prince Philip and James Navarro in single combat. The Rangers had to resort to using Victory Maximum Final Strike to finally put him down. As one of the strongest villains in the series, should be in the same league as Lord Arcanon, as Heckyl suggested "Badussa was as bad as he was"). Ignores durability with his Amulet (Anyone who looks into its eyes will be turned to stone)

Speed: Massively FTL+ Combat and Reaction speed (Swatted Prince Philip and James like flies. It took T-Rex Super Charge Tyler to finally defeat him. Should no doubt be superior to Leisure)

Striking Strength: At least Large Planet level, likely higher (Seriously injured Keeper, who could take hits from Sledge and Snide)

Intelligence: Badussa is a cruel and sadistic outlaw, his sadism is said to be on par with that of Lord Arcanon himself. His sadism and love of destruction is backed up by his immense fighting skill. Being able to fend off the entirety of the Power Rangers [sans Shelby and Tyler] with casual attacks.
