Summary
Ao (青) was a former Anbu of Kirigakure's Hunter-nin Corps, that served as the Fifth Mizukage's right hand. He was also the captain of the allied shinobi forces' sensory division.
After the Fourth Great Ninja World War, he was presumed to have been killed by the Ten-Tail's blast. In reality he survived, but had to be mechanically altered by Katasuke to keep him alive, after which he joined Kara.

The Jutsu works even if the user is physically restrained or observed by characters as observant as Sharingan or Sage Mode users. This creates the optical illusion of the user being hit, which confuses the opponent and gives them an opening to flee or counterattack[1][2][3][4][5])
- Statistics Amplification (Shinobi are capable of enhancing their physical capabilities with the use of chakra. The Bodyflicker Jutsu allows Shinobi to greatly enhance their speed by focusing chakra in their feet[6][7][8])
- Surface Scaling & Free Movement (Water Walking; By focusing chakra at the soles of their feet, Shinobi can scale and cling to vertical surfaces, and even walk on water[9][10])
- Minor Illusion Creation & Duplication (With the Clone Jutsu, Shinobi can create illusionary duplicates of themselves[11] that have no physical substance)
- Shapeshifting (With the Transformation Jutsu, Shinobi can transform themselves into other people, animals, plants, and even inanimate objects[11], such as weapons)
- Paralysis Inducement (With the Paralysis Jutsu, Shinobi can completely paralyze their targets[12] from close to mid range)
- Water Manipulation (Is incredibly proficient in Water Style and its jutsu)
- Extrasensory Perception & Enhanced Senses (The Byakugan allows him to see long distances and very small objects, have an almost perfect 360° field of vision, see through visual obstructions and opponents' internal chakra systems)
- Forcefield Creation (When a specific part of Ao's body is targeted, his talismans move to cover the specific body part and form a barrier to protect it)
