Summary

Angus McSix is the protagonist and titular hero of the eponymous Symphonic Power Metal band that was created after Vocalist Thomas Winkler split-off from from Gloryhammer, choosing to continue the story of Prince Angus in a new continuity.

And so it came to pass that the hero Angus McFife XIII, Crown Prince of the Intergalactic Empire of Fife, was impaled by the Knife of Evil in the ultimate cosmic battle against the Dark Sorcerer Zargothrax in the Terrorvortex dimension. Though the dread Chaos Wizard was finally defeated, with his body dissolving into liquid dust, Angus knew that he would soon fall victim to the powerful of that cursed blade, and all his efforts would go to naught. And so he resolved to make the ultimate sacrifice for the sake of all Dundee, ending his own life by descending into the raging volcanic fires of Schiehallion.

But as he was engulfed by the flames, Angus' spirit was overcome with the vision of a great darkness, more terrible and primordial than anything he had ever known, threatening to consume the world itself, and a shining holy sword pushing back the darkness with its golden light. When he opened his eyes, Angus laid before the lustruous celestial plains of the Realm of Martyrs, where all his past sorrows would fade away like blurry dreams from the distant past. But Angus could still see the visions in his heart, along with the cries for help of the innocent in the mortal world below, and he knew that his journey was far from over. Angus had a higher calling still

Resolving to return to the land of the living, Angus quested through the celestial realm in search for the Key to Eternity, an artefact that could turn back the hands of time and open the gateway to the world of the living. He abandoned the Realm of Martyrs, plunging deep into the maw of Hell and fighting through the horrors of the abyss, where he ultimate uncovered the Almighty Sword Sixcalibur, connecting it with the Key to Eternity and pulling the holy blade from its ancient seal in order to at last be reborn in a new reality. But Angus did not merely return to the mortal plane, rather the magical power of Sixcalibur flowed through Angus' very being, remaking his body and transforming him into his new, upgraded self. The Prince of Fife no longer, he had become the hero known as Angus McSix, Starlord of the Sixtus Stellar System.
