~ Agatha to Howard Stark requesting Kingo as a co-star |
Summary
Agatha Harkness is a variant of her 616 self, introduced in What If...? Season 3, who was observed by The Watcher with the key difference that this version of Agatha was aware of Tiamut's stasis in the centre of the core, as well as the existence of The Eternals. In looking for a spell to steal the Celestial's power for herself, Agatha makes a name for herself in Hollywood as a world-class actress under the management of Howard Stark, whose assets are used to create a spell capable of siphoning the power she craves. She requests this universes' version of Kingo, the final Eternal she had yet to absorb, as a costar that can help her to finally complete the spell.
Eventually Agatha's spell is complete and she absorbs the power of Tiamut, and later defeats Arishem and absorbs his powers as well. After gaining this unbelievable power, she was all set to rule over the entire cosmos, though was talked down by Kingo who convinced her to keep acting instead, being adored rather than feared.

Weaknesses: Agatha can only absorb magic if her target uses it against her. Requires the use of runes and preparation to circumvent this weakness (and does not need as such as Cosmic Queen Agatha). Arishem states that Agatha is ‘too human’ to wield the power of a Celestial, though was swiftly deceived and killed by her moments later.
