Sonny the Cuckoo Bird is a minor antagonist of the satirical webcomic Breakfast of the Gods by Brendan Douglas Jones. He is addicted to Cocoa Puffs and carries out Count Chocula's orders in exchange for the cereal. He lives in Count Chocula's dungeon.
Overview[]
At some point, Sonny went from being a peaceful citizen of Cerealia to doing Count Chocula's bidding in exchange for Cocoa Puffs, being driven insane through his love of chocolate. He kidnapped Snap, Crackle, and Pop and brought them to Chocula's castle.
Trix Rabbit considers him a friend. Trix found him in a padded cell in Chocula's dungeon, ranting about what orders he followed in exchange for Cocoa Puffs cereal, and saying that while he didn't want to do the things Chocula asked, he would do them for a continued supply of the cereal.
In the final battle, he is a member of Count Chocula's army, wielding two knives. He stabbed Toucan Sam in the shoulder while apologizing. He saw Super Bear and thanked him immediately before having his throat slit by him.
