Well then, let's see if you can get past my army of mechanical contraptions! Don't worry their bite is much worse than their bark!
~ Baron von Bootleg explaining his contraptions

The Bootleg Contraptions are a group of characters from the Shovelware universe, and are supporting antagonists of Shrunken School Obby. They are a group of canine-like robots that assists their creator, Baron von Bootleg in his schemes.

They also replaces the villainous minion roles of the Talking Toilets from the original obby that it was retooled from; Stop Professor Poopypants Adventure!! Obby.

Appearance[]

The grounded Bootleg Contraptions are a metal grey canine-like mech, that has two body parts. One is the head that has red eyes, red horns, and a gaping underjaw used to bite. Its body also has two wheels on both sides that allow it to move.

The flying Bootleg Contraptions contains all the same features as the grounded variant, but discard the wheels in favor of a red propeller on the back of its body.

Biography[]

Shrunken School Obby[]

During the player's pursuit after Baron von Bootleg, the professor revealed that he revealed Bootleg Contraptions all along the player's path so that they can stop them. The Bootleg Contraptions are then seen chasing several students, in an attempt to eat them. Alternatively, if the player skips the section featuring them, (via gaining enough speed to pass through the hole in the wall) von Bootleg laments to the player for not seeing his Bootleg Contraptions.

The player then continues to encounter more Bootleg Contraptions within the school's bathroom, and the sewers, that introduces a flying varient of the robots. At the climax of the game, the Bootleg Contraptions reappear at the construction site, attempting to stop the player from defeating von Bootleg. Once the Infridgerator and von Bootleg are defeated, all of the Bootleg Contraptions are likely deactivated offscreen. In a D.M.C.A. cell, two broken, ground Bootleg Contraptions are seen in the corner.

Shovelware's Brain Game[]

Behind the game show stage in the studio, an inactive ground Bootleg Contraption is seen.

Shovelware Studios Hollywood[]

Both the ground and flying variants of the Bootleg Contraptions are featured as morphs in this game, where they can be one of the random morphs the player can unlock every 10 minutes they stay in the game.
