General Andrey Petrovich Sukhovets (Russian: Андрей Петрович Суховец, born September 26th, 1959) is a Russian army commander and a member of the Russian Armed Forces himself. He is one of several antagonists within the Eastern Front of the XNDUIW military arc himself, being involved in many war crimes within the community entirely. As an official within the Kremlin, he is sanctioned by several regions within the XNDUIW storyline itself, especially when he is generally a villain, having been responsible for committing war crimes within his home country.

He is a suspected war criminal, as he is responsible for commanding troops to attack Ukrainian civilians within the Eastern Front, especially without reason, showing signs of impending villainous action within the community as well, being one of many war criminals that are suspected to have been involved in several irredentist claims for the Russian government himself.

Biography[]

Sukhovets was born on September 26th, 1959 in Arkhangelsk, Russia to a prominent family of military officials within what was formerly the Soviet Union. Prior to the collapse of the USSR, he was heavily involved in the KGB, especially working as a spy within the Russian sphere, especially when the USSR ultimately broke into several countries. Along with that, he worked with several prominent Russian spies within the newly created Federal Security Service to try undermining Western elections during the 2016 American presidential election, as he became affiliated with the Russian Armed Forces, being one of the key people involved with separatist movements within Ukraine. In general, he supported the "special military operation", which was widely condemned by the international community, along with him being accused of many war crimes as an antagonist himself.

He continued working for the Federal Security Service, particularly under Putin himself, especially when he was responsible for certain things involving the massacre of Ukrainian civilians within the Eastern Front as a whole, and therefore several sanctions were placed against him by the United States. His activities are strongly condemned by Russian partisans and Ukrainian servicemen, and he immediately started work, being involved in the Donetsk People's Republic himself, especially because he had risen up the ranks, becoming a high-ranking military general within the Russian Armed Forces itself, which he decreed that he would order his servicemen to shoot and kill any civilians in sight. As a pro-Kremlin war criminal, he was permanently banned from Discord and other American social media platforms under the behest of the United States government, though he still maintained activities within the Russian Federation. There is an active arrest warrant out for him, considering that he is responsible for several war crimes which were committed by his unit within the XNDUIW community entirely.

Role as a villain[]

As a suspected war criminal, he is wanted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Ukrainian Army for his involvement in war crimes himself, considering that he fulfilled several military orders, such as "shoot to kill orders" given to Russian soldiers that were assigned to his duty. Alongside that, he is suspected to have orchestrated and ordered the kidnappings of various Ukrainian women and children, whom he and his fellow accomplices would rape and brainwash them. He allowed his personnel to kill people if they had a mobile phone in their hands, which was treated as a war crime itself, especially when he was heavily involved in the Russian military entirely, appointing Kremlin propagandists to corrupt Ukrainian children and women as a whole. He has raped dozens of women under his role within the Russian Armed Forces, along with ordering the bombings and shelling of Ukrainian infrastructure within the community itself.

Like with certain members of the Russian Armed Forces, he has been accused of sexually explicit acts involving children, and engaging in pedophilia himself to lure and abduct women and children to have them either tortured or brainwashed under the orders of Vladimir Putin himself. He is suspected to have uploaded pro-Kremlin propaganda under his name, and espoused irredentist views towards Ukraine and supported the notion that it was filled with "Neo-Nazis", being known to mislead others. He is considered to be armed and extremely dangerous, since he won't hesitate to kill anyone who comes across his way within the XNDUIW community respectively.

Storyline involvement[]

If Ukrainian servicemen or heroic personnel find him, they are tasked with either killing or imprisoning him and his followers, considering that he is wanted for war crimes committed with Ukraine, specifically near the Donetsk oblast itself. Members of the Russian Insurgent Army have a request to have him assassinated due to his role in various war crimes, as he's been known to do considerable harm to children's minds themselves.
