Biography[]
What we know about Sweet Angel remains a mystery. What we do know is that he is a Hoodlum Dolls member and Troy Lawmen subordinate. Taking part in riots and killing Police with his gang.
The bounty hunters approach the scene after killing most of his men's and taking his intel's. He appears rampaging a local bar, killing everyone inside and the cops outside, seeing the bounty hunter and attempting to kill them, after a fierce battle he was killed by the bounty hunters and his bounty collected.

Being one of first bosses in the game.
Sweet Angel runs around the arena swinging his chain in pursuit of the bounty hunters, throwing knives at them, taking cover in the background while hoodlum members come after them.
