Sniper Reihou was a plant-themed assassin and the main antagonist in episode 15 of 2000 TV series called Mirai Sentai Timeranger. She was a professional assassin in for 150 years that was released by Don Dolnero to assassinate the Timerangers, though she was only willing to do it for $7,000,000 per each ranger.
She was voiced by Emi Uwagawa.

Past[]
Before the events of the series, Reihou was a professional assasin, that was hired by multiple crime bosses to assassinate their targets and she enforced this orders for one hundred and fifty years, committing countless contract killings, before she was eventually captured by the Timeranger future police and was frozen in the Cryo-Prison, along with other fellow Londerz Prisoners.
Timeranger[]
Reihou made her first appearance at the Londer Prison where Lira disguised herself as the commander from in the 30th century as she'd explains the name of each member, but to retort to this response is that the Londerz Family has no clue of where the Timeranger's base is at. To which Don admits, but they need to clean them up soon, so Gien puts bounty for each head of the rangers to be about $5,000,000, but she wants $7,000,000 instead to which Don agrees on the price, so with that Reihou leaves the prison area to snipe the rangers for 7 million dollars for each ranger's head (so if you times it by 5 she gets a whopping $35,000,000).
Later that night Reihou was then spotted by Honami in her apartment room as she was looking through her stuff for some clues that leads to the Timerangers. Before Honami could leave Reihou used her ability and fired a laser beam from her hands to stop the photographer in her tracks and then took her as a hostage so she can interview her. She then appeared in the sewers as Reihou demands Honami of where the Timeranger's base is at which she refused to reply.
According to Tac Reihou was sentenced to a 120 years of freeze-compression for murder and she's a professional killer who specializes in long-distance sniping. Back to the sewers Honami admits to Reihou that she has no clue of who the Timerangers are nor where their base is even if she would tell her. So with that Reihou demonstrates her sniping prowess as she brought out some futuristic monocle and a wristband as she destroys an elevator from a long distance. So in retaliation even if Honami knows she would refuse to tell her, however once Reihou smacks Honami again Honami's wallet was flown out of her pocket as it revealed to Reihou that she has a relationship with TimeYellow. So with that she plans to use Honami as bait to lure out the Timerangers.
So later that day Reihou has placed a time bomb-shaped necklace around Honami's neck that'll explode if it reaches to zero, Reihou then spots Tac who was searching for the time anomaly and the trap was about to set. Thankfully the team has prepared ahead of times as Sion fired a barrier at the location of the time bomb so that way they'll know of where Reihou is hiding while she kept on sniping them.
After the break with the barrier now destroyed the team finds out Reihou's hiding location which is at the billboard, so with Reihou kept on sniping at Yuri and Sion who're chasing a fleeing Honami, until the gentlemen shows up at her location to stop her from firing to which she'd complies, but as soon as they let their guards down this give her an opportunity as she'd open fired at the trio. Back down at the docks Reihou summons a couple of Zenitts to defeat the Timeranger's but those bots were about destroyed, however this gives Reihou the opportunity to open fire at the trio, but Sion blocked the shot and Yuri jumped kick the sniper.
However Reihou wasn't about to get arrested by the Timeranger's so she removed the Seal Patch that's been located on her left thigh to enlarge herself Yuri tries to open fire with the Volsniper, but the giant Reihou fires back at her, so with that they bring out Time Robo Alpha to battle the giant assassin. Now during the giant fight Reihou opens fire at the mecha, but it used the shield to block the shot, so she'd tried to attack it from above and she'd thought that she got the mech, but she was wrong as it transformed into Beta and it took to the sky while Reihou opens fire from the ground where it easily dodges the bombardment and then they pull out the Flying Magnum as they open fire at Reihou and then levitating the assassin in the air. After that it transformed back to Alpha and then recaptured Reihou with this finisher called Press Blizzard.
Personality[]
Reihou was a ruthless, cold, thrill-seeking and pitiless assassin, that was willing to kill innocent people and was greedy, because she was willing to earn as much money as possible via emforcing her contracts by killing her targets. She was willing to finish her task to get rid of the Timeranges for good, even if it meaned to hurt, eound or even kill the innocent Tokyo citizens, such as Honami. However, she slso possessed some sort of honor code, because she was willing to stay loyal to Dolnero and Londerz, albeit their relationships were likely purely professional and she emforced this job purely because of her greed. She was also proven to be highly arrogant and it caused her defeat at the hands of Timerangers.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Physical Strength: Reihou possesses a physical strength beyond the strength pf ordinary humans, albeit she was still not so powerful as late Londerz prisoners, such as Hell's Gate's Prisoners.
- Fighting Skills: She was slso a capable fighter, able to hold her own against the Timerangers.
- Speed: She was aldo faster than ordinary humans.
- Agility: Reihou is also highly agile.
- Expert Markswoman: She was also capable marksman, who rarely missed her targets.
- Laser Beam: Reihou could fire laser beam. But where she fired it, is unknown.
- Super Jumping and Leaping: Reihou could leap at the incredible distances.
- Enlarging: Reihou could enkarge herself by using her Seal Pstch, just like the other fellow Londerz Prisoners.

- Bullet: She uses a unique type of bullet that allows her to penetrate the TimeRanger's Chrono Suits.
