Scalpel, also known as The Doctor, is a major antagonist in the 2009 film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
He is an extremely small Decepticon medic who speaks in a German accent.
History[]
In the film, after Megatron was killed, the Decepticons had Ravage retrieve the All Spark shard before heading out to Megatron's watery resting place in the Laurentian Abyss. Upon arriving there & deployed by Ravage, he examines Megatron's body & stated they needed spare parts to fix him & he pointed out on the Constructicon Scrapmetal. Long Haul & Mixmaster proceeded by killing him & giving his parts to Scalpel, who then injects the shard on Megatron's chest, successfully reviving him.
Afterwards, the Decepticons were in hot pursuit of the human Sam Witwicky. Once Grindor captured him, he flew the boy over to the Decepticon's base, a small abandoned factory, before Megatron held Sam down as the Doctor readied to rip his brain apart as an interrogation method. However, Optimus Prime and his Autobot peers arrived just in time to save Sam and the Doctor was never seen again.
