Polar Knight is a major antagonist in the Indie video game, Shovel Knight. He works for the Enchantress as one of the eight members of the Order of No Quarter. He is encountered by Shovel Knight at the end of the Stranded Ship. He is also Shovel knight's second evil counter-part and arch-rival.
History[]
Polar Knight
When the Enchantress was starting her reign of terror, she created a small team of eight knights known as the Order of No Quarter. One of the members was Polar Knight. Shovel Knight had to venture into various areas to stop the Order.
While Shovel Knight was venturing towards the end of the Stranded Ship, he eventually came across Polar Knight. Both Shovel Knight and Polar Knight fought each other, and Polar Knight ended up losing to Shovel Knight.
Later on, while Shovel Knight was venturing into the Tower of Fate, he eventually came across Polar Knight, as well as the other members of the Order of No Quarter he defeated. Shovel Knight had to endure a Boss-Rush with all the knights, including Polar Knight.
In the end, Shovel Knight managed to defeat all eight knights, including Polar Knight. After Shovel Knight managed to defeat all eight members of The Order of No Quarter, Polar Knight and the other members are hanging on the edge of the tower for dear life. Shovel Knight can choose whether to save them or leave them to die.
Regardless of what Shovel Knight chooses to do, they are all shown in the epilogue during the credits, with some of them reforming and others paying for their actions. After Shovel Knight and Shield Knight defeated The Enchantress, Polar Knight returned to his Stranded Ship. There, he looked into the horizon wondering what he should do next.

- Polar Knight's appearance is more accustom to a stereotypical Viking's design rather than an actual knight.
- On his official bio, it is said he has an annoying laugh, which is ironic as he never laughs once in game.
