Pi-Pi is a minor character in the animated TV series South Park. He is a supporting character in the episode Pee and the main antagonist of Season Special South Park; The Streaming Wars duology.

He was voiced by Trey Parker.

Biography[]

Tragedy at his waterpark[]

In the episode Pee, he appears as a jovial and jocund soul whom delightfully welcomes his visitors to his park. But once urine is encased all over his waterpark and flooded a large area across the land, he becomes devastated and dsigraced over the havoc that ensued, when a guess peed in the pool. The mess is rectified at the end, but the atrocity resumed to be a lament in Pi-Pi's heart.

Climate Conspiracy[]

At the beginning of Streaming Wars Part 1, he is seen in Denver, Colorado discussing with the citizens about the problems with the water draughts and with Manbearpig returning. He reminds them about the incident with the flood of pee.

After the boys Stan, Token, Cartman, Butters, Kyle and Kenny proceed with their streaming boats services on the river stream, Pi-Pi intervenes and requests he needs more water from the river to fill his park up for enough for people to dive in.

A big investigation occurs after another draught occurs and some random investigators and explorers are being maimed for so-called trespassing the private areas. Steve Black's crops are not receiving the quantity of water and realizes something suspicious and ominious is ongoing with Pi-Pi retreiving all the water. Black goes to Splishsplashtown for a word with Pi-Pi whom divulges he has full negligence over his request and announces there is a draught ongoing everywhere so the result of returning the water would be nothing but futile. A morose Steve Black attempts to report the problem to the water comissoner, but it is revealed later that he is in League with Pe-Pe that whole time and worse than that, ManBearPig had been tasked to commit all draughts. Pe-Pe harasses Steve telling him to 'suck his dick' and allows ManBearPig to torture him and toss him out the window and landing on one of the slides leading him into an unknown place underground.

Later, on the water commissioner informs on decieving Pi-Pi, telling him that his work own will lead to futility as nobody will own the water once it has been consumed. Pi-Pi has no fear nor woes over the outcome because he seeks to replace the need for water with pee in order to create an prudent act for humanity. The commissioner is murdered by ManBearPig and Pi-Pi prepares to initiate his plan.

Last Stand and Defeat[]

In The Streaming Wars Part 2, Pi-Pi starts to deliver his announcement on annexing urine into the water supply into Colorado. The people reluctantly accepts him the proposal and a number of celebrities are seen on adverts enunciating the great use of urine, using it for making noodles, watering the garden with it, showering with it and lot more, despite the reluctancy. Pi-Pi is even given a streaming service, Pi-Pi plus.

Denver is about to commission the scandal's service, but Randy Marsh (whom is now a geologist, instead of the owner of Tegridy Weed) intervenes and announces that he plans on devising a desalination plant to recover the water. Everyone accepts with pleasure, while Pi-Pi plays along while this while being stoic about his ire with Randy's intervention.

Pi-Pi berates his workers at his waterpark for being oblivious with Randy's existence and orders them to kidnap him and dispose of him, including ManBearPig, him has the courage to intimidate his leader, but the later has no fear.

Token is investigating his father's vanishing along with Butters and Cartman at Pi-Pi's waterpark. Butters inspects a photo that was taken while Steve was sliding down one of the smides, injured and follows the track. The boys infiltrate a base within the park and discover an incorporation of urine being produced.

Tragically, they are compromised and imprisoned by the co-workers. Pi-Pi divulges he was the culprit of Steve and Randy's streaming wars, so he set it all up to cripple both services in order to make room for his streaming service and only his.

A majority of celebrities like Matt Damon, Reese Witherspoon and Gwyneth Paltrow arrive at Pi-Pi's amusement park to appear in his commercial that shows how great pee is. Even trying to cry pee which is impossible. Randy (as Karen) and Steve break into the park and ferociously enforces him to tell him everything he has been conniving all along. The quarrel is played live and Pi-Pi's crimes are compromised, but yet he has the upper hand as ManBearPig invades.

Pi-Pi loses the upper hand once ManBearPig's family Chuck Chuck and PigBearGirl reveal themselves (two peculiar prisoners Butters, Token and Cartman discovered in the base thus helping them escape. Cartman believes that Pi-Pi was having it off with PigBearGirl in order to control climate change, but was obtuse about the fact the child would be obstinate enough to find out the facts.

Belligerent and wrathful over this, ManBearPig chases after Pi-Pi up the waterslide and holds him stuck. Pi-Pi offers to make a deal with the streaming service together with the beast, but the latter declines and decapitates him for good, sending his headless corpse down the urine slide.
