Master Guardian Phantom God (ファントム・ゴッド) is the main antagonist of Madou Monogatari Hachamecha Kimatsu Shiken.
Created eons ago by a powerful, long gone civilization, Phantom God was tasked by his makers to protect their most sacred treasure for all of time. Said treasure, the Seraphim Orb, is said to grant its wielder power over the entire universe.
Phantom God resides in the Ancient Maze. The twisted energies from there were so powerful that Satan sealed off one of its portals located in his school, in fear that one of his students would be put in danger.
Only one human has ever cleared all of Phantom God's trials, the late Lilith. As such, Phantom God speaks of her with the utmost respect.
Powers and Abilities[]

Phantom God normally does not fight at full strength. His weaker attacks are more than enough to dispatch of any intruders that may try to take his treasure by force.
- Arc Prominence: A scorching fire attack that turns its surroundings into a sea of flames.
- Final Vortex: A blinding flash that explodes into several lightning bolts.
- Buster Graviton: A purple sphere of concentrated mass that generates a gravitational pull, crushing the opponent.
- Phantom Wall: An anti-magic barrier that nullifies certain elemental attacks.
True Form[]
A form Phantom God only uses against humans that are truly worthy of the treasure. It significantly powers up all of his abilities. Only two people have ever seen this form.
- Photon Smasher: Beams of light from the heavens that vaporize anything in their path.
- Crimson Nova: A torrent of pure concentrated energy.
- Hell Aura: Phantom God opens a portal to hell and covers the area in its miasma.
- Megido: Phantom God's ultimate attack. After charging it up, he gives form to the very wrath of the gods, leading all of life towards extinction.
