Nest Of Anti-Human (abbreviated as NOAH) are a government sponsored research organization in Revice Legacy: Kamen Rider Vail. They serve as the overarching antagonists of Kamen Rider Revice.
History[]
NOAH came into possession of Giff's casket after it was excavated in South America. By studying it, NOAH hoped to develop a way to utilize its power for military purposes.
Eventually, NOAH received a test subject in the form of Junpei Shiranami, a man who had lost his parents to a demon attack and who had been critically injured in a biking accident. Junpei was brought before NOAH's head researcher, Dr. Masumi Karizaki, who healed him by injecting Giff's cells into him. As a side effect of this, the demon Vail manifested from within him and granted him the ability to use the Vail Driver Dr. Karizaki had developed. Junpei was then forced to act as a supersoldier for NOAH, being used by them to battle demons whenever they sprung up. After he had destroyed the demon, Junpei would be tased by a squad of NOAH soldiers and kept locked up in a cell until he was needed again.
