Mastermind is one of the main antagonists of Fallen Arches. He is the leader of the Ministry of Pain and an elderly senior citizen who started crime many years ago.
He was voiced by Jeff Bennett.
Backstory[]
He and the Ministry of Pain nearly took over the world, until Captain Righteous and Lefty stopped them. As time passed the Ministry of Pain were released from jail.
Appearance[]
He comes out of retirement with his minions counterpart and cohort to rob a bank. When the Powerpuff Girls see them, Blossom doesn’t want to fight because they’re elderly. When the Ministry of Pain escapes jewelry store they come face to face with Captain Righteous and Lefty. When he attempts to escape along with his minions, Captain Righteous falls on them and their fate remains unknown.
