Lisa Swallows is the titular main protagonist of the 2024 horror comedy film Lisa Frankenstein. Director Diablo Cody stated that Lisa Frankenstein is set in the same fictional universe as Jennifer's Body.[1]
Swallows was a teenage goth girl still reeling from her mother's axe murder. Eventually, she meets and develops a relationship with a reanimated young Victorian man, only known as "the Creature".
She was portrayed by Kathryn Newton, who also played a disguised Ditto in Pokemon: Detective Pikachu, a possessing Blissfield Butcher in Freaky and Sammy/Jessica in Abigail.

Early life[]
In 1987, Lisa was home alone with her mom when a psycho broke in with an axe. Her mom told her to run and hide, and so she did. Then the guy murdered her mom, while Lisa heard the whole thing in the closet. She later called 911, but the guy escaped and they never caught him. Acording to Taffy, Lisa didn't talk for a few months after that and just wandered around like a zombie. Six months later, Lisa's father met the nurse Janet, and they got engaged and married.
Lisa Frankenstein[]
In 1989, Lisa met a reanimated Victorian-era corpse after a party, and the two embarked on a murderous journey to find love, happiness, and a few missing body parts along the way.
