Joe The Cowboy or simply known as Joe, is one of the main antagonists of Naxeex's 2022 mobile game, Rope Hero: Mafia City Wars. He is the Shifter Boss of Ghetto District zone and an immortal cowboy.

Past[]

Joe was an famous gunslinger and cowboy back then. He was well known for his immorality as it's been stated in the game that he has been shot from different guns, hanged, stabbed, cut, and even a direct shot to the head and he reappeared again without a single scratch. Joe's immorality was nothing more then an accelerated healing factor for The Shifters. The Shifters studied Joe's background and was awestruck and impressed. Joe even instilled fear in everyone. Unfortunately Joe died in one of his shootouts which made The Shifters feel disappointed. The Shifters decided to time travel and implanted an regeneration device on the dying man. They tested it and perfected it. After they finished it, they made a deal to Joe to lead the Ghetto District. Joe accepted the offer and led The Ghetto for some time being.

Rope Hero: Mafia City Wars Prologue[]

In the beginning of the game,The Rope Hero finds out that The Ghetto are patrolling the area around his statue he takes out each member and lastly Joe himself. Before The Rope Hero could kill Joe,the latter escaped without a trace via using a smoke bomb.

Battle Against Rope Hero[]

Joe led The Ghetto for a while and everything was going perfectly until one day, Joe finally decided to fight Rope Hero after being fed up with him for killing his fellow Shifters, Joe fought against The Rope Hero along with a few reinforcements. After some time, The Rope Hero managed to defeat him and saved the neighborhood from the Ghetto Shifters.

Personality[]

Joe was a composed and calm person rarely showing any emotion. However Joe was also very greedy and heartless as he have commited multiple counts of robberies and grand larcenies even going as far to kill anyone presumably even witnesses too just so he can stay under cover.

Appearance[]

Joe was a tall man. He has brown-ish like skin and wears a red shirt with a navy blue outer vest and a black and white scarf, an classic cowboy hat, navy blue pants and large brown shoes with an velcro strap.
