Holly De'Vious is a major antagonist in Rainbow High, with her alongside her twin sister Laurel De'Vious and their rivals Veronica and Naomi Storm all being served as the 4 main antagonists of Rainbow High's Rainbow Vision story arc.

She is a member of Rainbow High and primarily focuses on Performing Arts.

Veronica is voiced by Cherami Leigh.

Appearance[]

Holly has a tall and thin body type with pale ivory skin, periwinkle eyes that are almond shaped with long eyelashes, arched light brown eyebrows, sparkly icy blue eyeshadow, thick winged eyeliner, and bright red lipstick. Her hair is long and curled, styled on a high ponytail, and is full of many cold-toned colors, having various shades of green, blue and purple.

Her main outfit is a long-sleeved black crop dress with bow-shaped sleeves. Printed in a metallic gradient of cold & toned colors, the words "Rainbow", "Sparkle", and "Magic" cover her dress. Just like her sister, she wears silver "H" statement earrings paired with a black choker with a silver "H" pendant. Her footwear is black strappy sandals with gradient high heel platforms of her theme colors. She brings a mini bag that matches with the one her sister has; Holly's is colored indigo with black and silver details.

Personality[]

Holly is very cunning and clever, yet very sassy, demanding, and confrontational. Just like her sister, she uses her manipulation skills to get what she wants and doesn’t care about anyone or anything as long as she’s in the spotlight. Despite this, she is shown to be the nicer twin with a better sense of direction. She genuinely loves her school and cares about its wellbeing, occasionally softening her harsh demeanor when impressed.

Holly makes a quick appearance in the audience sitting with her twin sister Laurel, and they're both watching the runway show.

History (Season 2)[]

Welcome Back, Bella![]

Holly makes a grand entrance in the in the hallway along with her sister Laurel speaking to Bella. After introducing herself, she briefly mocks Bella and leaves.

The Jett Dawson[]

Holly and Laurel open the doors and introduce Jett to the students and the audience, possibly showing a friendship.

Drama Audition Drama![]

She makes an appearance with her sister, announcing to the school that they are going to start a play and will begin holding auditions. Holly is shown to be, expectedly, rather catty and cut throat, being especially rude and belittling to Amaya during her audition.

Rainbow High on Ice[]

Holly carries her appearance from the previous episode, being shown watching the rehearsals. Being her usual snarky self she insults Gabriella and joins her sister in belittling everyone. When she learned that Georgia had come down with laryngitis, she comforted her and then instantly blamed Amaya for causing it. After Jade jumps to the rescue, she's seen acting in the play with her sister, feeling very proud of herself.

The Rainbow Union[]

Holly appears with Laurel in The Rainbow Union and orders a latte, using this as an opportunity to bully Ruby. Later on, both sisters escort Ms. Wright out as Ruby accidentally spills coffee on her, continuing to mock her.

The Haunting of Rainbow High[]

Holly makes a major appearance alongside Laurel, with them initially eavesdropping on Skyler talking about Radiant Week. In an attempt to scare her, they tell a fake ghost story about a first year passing due to stress. Later on, both girls are seen around the vandalized unicorn statue in the atrium, demanding The Assistant to fix it. With Skyler now convinced, both girls trick her and Poppy and scare them in the halls, even trapping Poppy in a classroom. After this, they all team up and scare Holly back, getting their revenge and feeling satisfied.

Rainbow High Radiant Week Kick-Off![]

She and Laurel are shown starting their Radiant Week project, initially asking Jade to join them. After she denies, they end up working with Skyler, Avery, and Ainsley.

All Nighter![]

Holly can be seen walking with Laurel and her teammates in the halls.

Radiant Week SHOW DAY FINALE![]

Holly and Laurel present their project to Ms. Wright and Ms. Barnes, doing a quick change act. In particular, she changes into River and Sunny's outfits. When Ms. Barnes asks what their project has to do with perspective, she gets mad at Skyler.

Not A Typical Day[]

At the beginning of the episodes, she and Laurel are seen giving The Assistant books to carry. Later on, when others start to make theories about the pranks occurring, she quickly debunks them and tell everyone that Shadow High is messing around with all of them.

The Eclipse - Phase One, Part One[]

While Naomi and Veronica are planning to hack in to the Rainbow Vision TV livestream, she and Laurel are seen interviewed by River and Violet.

The Eclipse - Phase One, Part Two[]

Holly goes around school with her twin sister telling everyone that nothing will change about Rainbow Vision and that Shadow High is just jealous that they won seven times in a row. She gets mad when the students are okay with Shadow High becoming the hosts, getting even more mad when Ms. Wright announces it officially.

The Eclipse - Phase Two[]

At the beginning of the episode, Laurel and Holly are seen trying to check in, with Veronica and Naomi using this to mock them. They both get mad, with Holly having to hold back Laurel. They are then seen onstage when Ms. Wright calls them as the first contestants. This time, Glitch interferes, forcing them to go offstage.

Out of the Shadows[]

Holly and her sister appear onstage making their hosting speech, particularly interviewing Rainbow Dream, the winners of last years' Rainbow Vision. Throughout the interview, Holly explains why they should be hosts, even offering free stays at The Sparkle Sisters Ski Lodge to contestants. When they head backstage, they're stopped by Naomi and Veronica who mock them, with Holly fighting back.

Rainbow Vision Rifts "Audition Begins"[]

Holly appears in the audience watching auditions, with her and her sister being mortified after hearing "The Assistant's Song" being sung, sharing this feeling with her sister.

Drama in the Wings[]

Her and Laurel briefly appear in the audience complaining about Glitch and asking for The Assistant's help. When he doesn't answer, they suspect that something is wrong and head out.

Dance It Out[]

Making an important appearance, her and Laurel are shown on Rainbow Vision TV, with Heather reporting from their ski lodge. After the connection cuts out, she jumps in front of the camera and denies it was the lodge's fault. After this, they're seen heading to the auditorium feeling very angry about Glitch. When they step onstage, they begin imagining themselves singing "Click Click" in a music video, with them walking all through school and being worshiped. After Glitch gets their attention and breaks their imagination, they leave the stage.

The Semi Finals Begin[]

With the semifinals having started, both sets of twins begin their sabotaging. When Holly and Laurel see Meena's Backup Dancers get sabotaged, they help them out and plan payback. In particular, Holly comes up with the idea of sabotaging the smoke machine during Natasha's performance, making everyone evacuate the auditorium.

…Now On with the Show![]

With Holly and Laurel appearing briefly, they both shoot a dirty looks to the other twins in the atrium.

Here Comes Something New[]

Making another major appearance, Holly and her sister are seen backstage trying to sabotage Neon Shadow's performance before being stopped by the other twins. After they're threatened with proof, Holly threatened them back, with The Assistant barging in just in time. He unites everyone and convinces them to form an alliance and to start sabotaging the other competing schools. They all agree and work together, with Holly messing with the control room for The Kingsley Boys with her sister.

Defending the Title![]

Holly and Laurel appear tricking Glitch and distracting her with Coco, doing so in an effort to make her miss her cue. This ends up working and they're met by Naomi and Veronica who are upset, with Holly claiming they haven't done anything wrong. After this Rainbow Dream makes their performance, with both sets of twins arguing backstage, wanting to break up the alliance. After realizing they missed out on sabotaging Rainbow Dream, Naomi and Veronica Storm off, officially ending the alliance.

Rainbow Vision Finale: Part 1[]

With tensions high, Holly and her sister continuing mocking Veronica and Naomi, making them more and more angry. After this both sets of twins plan their sabotages, with them all being stopped and sent away by Avery and Ainsley.

She and Laurel are shown reacting to Rainbow High getting disqualified, shouting and throwing their phones.

Laurel and Holly are the first dolls to be released with a different face mold.
Holly is one of the few characters with a multicolored palette, in her case being cold colors.
On their box, where the other dolls have a "1", "2" or even a "Heart" on their nametag, the twins' box bears a Gemini sign, presumably hinting they are Gemini.
- Just like the other Special Edition dolls, they have a different symbol, theirs's is a Gemini Sign.
- Rainbow High released a new symbol for them, which is a ribbon flag that says "RH" and "Laurel and Holly - Performing Arts Focus".
Laurel and Holly's name might reference popular neighborhoods in Los Angeles, California, named Laurel Canyon and Hollywood Hills.
Her hair makes a rainbow when placed next to her twin.
