Grim Gloom is the secondary antagonist of the Disney XD animated series The 7D.
He is Hildy's husband and partner-in-crime who, alongside her, desires to take over Jollywood by overthrowing Queen Delightful. When compared to his wife, though, Grim's often the more submissive of the two.
He was voiced by Jess Harnell, who also voiced Cedric the Sorcerer in Sofia the First, Captain Hero, Hot Topic Manager, Mickey Mouse in Drawn Together, and Moneybags and Red in Spyro: A Hero's Tail. He also provided Meldar Prime's singing voice in The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.
Biography[]
Grim is the husband of Hildy Gloom. although the two seem to be in a very loving relationship. As shown in "The Itsy Bitsy Spider Fighters," he has a fear of spiders (arachnophobia) and ladybugs (coccinellidaephobia). His ancestor once ruled Jollywood until the Seven Founding Fathers defeated him.
Personality[]
Grim isn't the brightest spark in Jollywood. He doesn't always comprehend situations as quickly as Hildy does. He can also be a bit dim-witted, especially when he steals a goose from a giant and has no idea it's the one that lays golden eggs.
Appearance[]
He has blue hair, pale purple skin and black eyes. He wears a purple shirt, blue tie, gray trenchcoat, black jeans and purple shoes with white soles.
