~ Glah-Ree taking revenge against the Guardians.
Glah-Ree, also known as Captain Glory, is a supporting antagonist in the 2021 video game Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.
He is a former rogue member of the Kree Empire's military, who later defected during the Galactic War. After the war Glah-Ree sides with Lady Hellbender as one of her clients, thereby creating the Lethal Legion, a mercenary organisation dedicated to high-risk bounty-hunting jobs.
Glah-Ree is a Kree male, who is seen wearing a red and silver battle outfit, as well as a helmet with a red visor and a jutting horn-like shape on top of it. His eyes also glows yellow.
Personality[]
Like most Kree, Glah-Ree believes in pure blood ideology, who believes that he and his own race are considered to be superior amongst the lowest within the Kree circle. However, when Thanos initiated the Galactic War with his army of Chitauri on his side (whom he sees as "inferior") that led to the Kree Empire's defeat, this led Glah-Ree to completely drop his puritanical ideals against lesser races.
As a leader of the Lethal Legion, Glah-Ree is an ambitious leader and a thrill-seeker, who is unafraid of taking high-risk bounty hunting jobs, even if it would cost the lives of his own men.
Background[]
Glah-Ree firstly appears during Chapter 9: Desperate Measures when he and his army of Lethal Legion mercenaries attacked the Guardians of the Galaxy, largely thanks to their involvement in their attack within Lady Hellbender's palace in Seknarf Nine. Despite his efforts, he and his Lethal Legion mercenaries were ultimately defeated by the Guardians.
