Dr. Thornis a minor antagonist in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, serving as the secondary Antagonist of The Titan’s Curse, the series’s third novel. He is a Manticore banished by the Olympian gods to Persia.
Appearance[]
While disguised as a human, Thorn wears a black military uniform and sunglasses. In his true form he possesses a lion’s body with a scorpion-like spiked tail with his face remaining human. Thorn’s most defining feature is his heterochromatic (two distinct colored eyes) blue and brown eyes.
