The Dark Masters are overarching antagonist in the mobile game, Horrorfield. They would end up brainwashing a preacher by the name of Shane Cooper.

This would lead to him becoming The Cultist, they and Shane would in up forming a group known as The Dark Cult where they would be the leaders of the group.

Biography[]

It is unknown where The Dark Masters came from, but one day after a man by the name of Shane Cooper was on his way home after a service of worship. He would end up losing balance resulting in him hitting his head hard. Since the day of that incident Cooper started seeing dark silhouettes who's voices that he could hear everywhere he went.

The demons would whisper parts of peoples names to him or sometimes people's full names to him, it is a complete mystery to anyone about how this entities appeared it could have been a result of Shane's head injury. Or if this masters were some type of evil force that slowly began to corrupt his consciousness each and every day.

They would successfully achieve their goal of breaking Shane's mind, taking complete control of his brain. Shane would found a group named "The Dark Cult" all of the members worship the demons that live deep in the subconscious of Shane.

Personality[]

Little is known about their true motives or why the possessed Shane, could have been because that Shane was a religious man who was deeply devoted to his preaching ways and the love that he likely had for god. or a more likely reason could have been because he was easy prey for them to corrupt.

They started The Dark Cult likely to get people to worship them as some type of deities, the more followers they had for the dark cult the more likely they would become stronger as a result.

• They are the only backstory characters that can count as villains, as some of them are neutral while others such as Victor and Sam's dad or The Latino Kings Gang don't seem like the most decent people, but don't seem all that evil from what we know of them.
• They are the only backstory characters to be a integral character in one of the main characters backstories, they also do the most damage to one of the main characters as they are the main reason Shane is the person he is today.
