The Whiterose is the leader of the group, and arguably the primary antagonist of the entire series. She a transgender woman who often masquerades as a male, and is extremely intelligent. She is always one step ahead of everyone else in the series, which could be a reason for her obsession with time, stating that she hacks time. One of the reasons she is always one step ahead of people is because she doesn't have any clear motivations for what she does, only at times saying her motivation. Such as when she explained for one of her minions that she orchestrated the death of the former CEO of E-Corp, Lester Moore, because he was interfering in her plans. She hired Phillip Price as the new CEO of E-Corp because she needed someone to look over her Power Plant in Congo, and Phillip Price was obsessed with power. She is portrayed by B.D. Wong.
Grant was the closest minion to the Whiterose and lover. Not much is known about him and he doesn't do much, but he is an extreme enforcer for the Whiterose who does absolutely everything to serve her. He was portrayed by Grant Chang.
LeĂ³n is the Dark Army's hitman that helps them with killing people. He is a prominent protagonist and anti-villain of Elliot's prison arc, where he helps him with a bunch of things and befriends him. While he is a good friend to Elliot, he is also ordered by the Whiterose to spy on him. He is portrayed by Joey Badass.
Otto Irving is, from what has been showed so far, the second most prominent right-hand of the Whiterose, just behind Grant. He is extremely sadistic and good at his job as a fixer for the Dark Army. He is apparently not on very good terms with the Whiterose despite being her right-hand. It is possible that he was once in a higher position in the Dark Army but was replaced by someone.
To be added.
