Commander 31 is the main antagonist of Battlefield 2: Modern Combat. He is the leader of the Burning Flag who manipulated both NATO and China into clashing military each other, thus igniting the Kazakh Conflict.
Biography[]
Little is known about Commander 31, he was the leader of the Burning Flag seeking to dominate the world and create a new world order. orchestrating the Kazakh Conflict between NATO and China to fuel propaganda. He sent his mercenaries to intervene to avoid any treaty, making them anyone who negotiate, striking the supply ships of NATO and striking and rigging a cargo train with explosives.
As 31 prepared to launch a nuclear missile on either of the factions, the player from either of the said factions arrived and killed 31, ending the threat of the Burning Flag.
