The ALA are the main antagonists of the action thriller manga series The Darwin Incident. They are an terroristic organization in America who seek for vegan terrorism.
History[]
The ALA are seen on various media protesting to stop all meat eaters and animal exploiters.
One of the members, Max, introduces himself to a a high school student from Shruz High School named Lucy Eldred at some point. Later Max recruits one of Lucy's classmates, Gary into their group to start a mass school shooting at their school, after the latter caught the attention of Max when he was frustrated that no one would hear of his vegan terrorism at school, including Charlie Stein. Max does so by texting to Gary and tells him to meet them outside where he is waiting for him in a car. The next day, Max another comrade discusses their plans at a restaurant. As they prepare to exit the restaurant however, they got into a conflict with the store's owner. This led them to kidnap the man that very night and Gary is forced by Max to torture and kill him to force him to apologize.
