Kinshiki Ōtsutsuki is the secondary antagonist in the 2015 anime film Boruto: Naruto the Movie and it's anime adaption in Boruto: Naruto the Next Generations. He was the foster father and servant to Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki and helped him go after Naruto Uzumaki for his Tailed-Beast.

- As an Ōtsutsuki, it's heavily implied he destroyed countless planets.
- Cannibalized his foster father.
- Attempted to kill Sasuke Uchiha for wandering onto his territory.
- Along with Momoshiki, he came to Earth with the intention of killing everyone to create the chakra fruit and obtain more power.
- In the anime, him, Momoshiki and Urashiki teamed up to steal Killer Bee's Tailed Beast from him.
- Attempted to kill Sasuke's daughter, Sarada Uchiha, showing he will hurt a child.
- Let Momoshiki consume him to further his destruction.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- All of his actions, onscreen at least, are done under Momoshiki's orders and seem to have been committed by other members of his clan, causing him to fail the high heinous standards.
- He seemingly genuinely cares for Momoshiki like a son, even sacrificing his life to help him destroy Earth.
