Gamma (real name: Mary) is a major character in season 10 of AMC's The Walking Dead. She started off as a loyal and dedicated member of the Whisperers, she betrays them and joins the Coalition after finding out of Lydia's survival and wanting to find her nephew.
She is portrayed by Thora Birch.

- When she sees her sister Frances attack Alpha, she tosses her to walkers to save her.
- She helps Dante poison the water supply by pouring a walkers guts in the river.
- She attacks Aaron and holds him hostage to gain intel.
Why Doesn't She Stand Out?[]
- While she can pass the general baseline due to her crime of sororicide, she fails the high heinous standards of the franchise as it is a crime that is not unique, having been also done by Lizzie Samuels who also fails the heinous standards.
- She felt extreme remorse over kiing her sister and even cried when recalling the events and says she should be the one holding Adam and not her.
- She doesn't like the extreme vience that the whisperers do, showing she has standards.
- She loves her nephew Adam as her main goal and reasoning for joining the Coalition, was just so she can see him.
- She forms a friendship with Aaron, conversating causally over their lifestyles and him helping her redeem herself.
- She betrays the Whisperers and joins the Coalition and even selflessly saves Rosita and Judith and fighting against the whisperers in the war, redeeming herself.
- Her death is portrayed for sympathy as she sacrifices herself to save Alden, Kelly and Adam, and is then stabbed by Beta. She still fights against him and doesn't give up until he guts her. Her zombified corpse is then put down by a sorrowful Alden.
