“ | Billy: Why? WHY?! You hear that, Stu? I think she wants a motive. I don't really believe in motives, Sid. I mean, did Norman Bates have a motive? Stu: No. Billy: Did they ever really decide why Hannibal Lecter liked to eat people? Don't think so! See, it's a lot scarier when there's no motive, Sid. We did your mom a favor, Sid. That woman was a slut-bag whore who flashed her shit all over town like she was Sharon Stone or something. [...] Is that motive enough for you? How about this? Your slut mother was fucking my father. And she's the reason my mom moved out and abandoned me. How's this for a motive? Your mother liked little boys like me and Stu. Rape and maternal abandonment causes serious deviant behavior. Certainly fucked you up. It made you have sex with a psychopath. |

Why He Doesn’t Stand Out?[]
- He fails the heinous standard to his Roman Bridger who had killed more people.
- He has a genuine tragic past as he and his best friend were groomed and raped by Maureen Prescott who also slept with Hank Loomis causing his parents to get a divorce which in turn caused his mother to abandon him.
- He did genuinely love Sidney at one point until what Maureen did.
- He genuinely cares about his mother as his other reason for becoming ghostface was due to Maureen and Hank’s affair, with the killing spree being driven by a desire of revenge against Maureen for what she did to him and Stu, his parents splitting up and Sidney, as he got angry when Sidney’s called him a "Pansy-assed momma's boy."
- His reasoning for kill Maureen is completely justified especially since she groomed and raped him and Stu when they were 15 to 16 years old.
