Commander Tekus was once a Positronic citizen of New Japan's Rome-Mania sector in the 41st Century He served as a gladiator in games and tournaments for the entertainment of humans, before the satellite fell. He survived the impact, and worked alongside Positrons and humans alike to found Romanus from the ruins of Rome-Mania. He sought help from Rai against The Dark, but received none, and Romanus was destroyed.
