Bulgy

Bulgy is a bad-tempered double-decker bus with an ideological opposition to railways.

Did you know? Because of his lies, Bulgy was originally taken out of service for "stretching the truth" and used as a henhouse where he could not cause trouble. However, in the Thomas & Friends television series, he is eventually given another chance.
