Dirt Dragons is a web-based first-person shooter released by Stampede Entertainment in 2004 to promote the release of Tremors 4: The Legend Begins. In it, the player assumes the role of a hired gun fighter tasked with protecting the town of Rejection, Nevada from the incoming hordes of graboids.

Plot[]

The game begins with a cutscene that reveals that the town of Rejection, Nevada is in urgent need of an experienced gunslinger who can deal with a graboid incursion.

Gameplay[]

The player has four firearms in their arsenal: Sharps 1874 Buffalo Rifle, Henry 1860, Colt Peacemaker and Punt Gun. Each has a different effective range, number of shots and reload time. The player can also punch the graboid when it's up close by pressing SPACE.

Every few seconds, a graboid (or several) emerges from under the ground, which is when the player has an opportunity to shoot, wound and/or kill it. At first, they resurface at 1000 yards, then 500, then 100, then 10 feet away from the player. If the player fails to kill the graboid after it goes underground for the 4th time, they "become graboid chow".
