Mark Oliver (born 1966) is a Canadian voice actor. Among his better-known roles are King Cryos on War Planets, Rau Le Creuset on Gundam SEED, Lord Garmadon on Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitsu, Shipwreck and Major Bludd on G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout, and the Super-Skrull on Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes.
