- When Hot Shot is driving down the cleared path, he should still be getting hit by the tree stumps. Either the loggers cut the stumps unusually low down, or Hot Shot's got reinforced suspension.
Continuity errors[]
- Once again, Sparkplug gets called "Leader-1" many times. Not only that - first he's referred to as "Leader-1", then about 10 minutes later gets called "Sparkplug", and THEN a minute later gets called "Leader-1". Make up your minds, guys!

- Starscream's powered-up weapon is called a null-ray
- Once again, a Megatron is annoyed by his second in command's boasting (and obvious thoughts of betrayal), yet fails to do much about it.
Miscellaneous trivia[]
- This has got to be the most "environmental" Transformers episode ever, telling us that illegal logging is bad.
- We're never actually told WHERE this random forest is, exactly.
- Starscream is the first Transformer to actually name his Mini-Con; most of the others come pre-named.
