Windblade and Emissary
Emissary is a Titan Master to Fortress Maximus and one of the heroes in Transformers Prime Wars Trilogy. He should not be confused with Cerebros (RID) or Cerebros/Primax 984.17 Alpha. and he was voiced by Jason David Frank who voiced Tommy Oliver in Mighty Morphin, Power Rangers Zeo, Power Rangers Dino Thunder, Power Rangers Megaforce, Power Rangers Super Megaforce, Power Rangers Ninja Steel, Power Rangers Turbo, Power Rangers Wild Force, Power Rangers Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie 1995, Power Rangers Zeo: Zeo Quest 1996, Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie Power Rangers Legacy Wars and he voiced several other characters in shows such as We Bare Bears (Silver Bear), Underdogs Rising (Jaxon), Power Rangers Shattered Grid (Lord Drakkon), Ninjak vs the Valiant Universe (Bloodshot), Smite (Vapor Wave Poisedon), The Dragon Warrior (One Warrior), The Junior Defenders (Tommy Keen), Fall Guy: The John Stewart Story (John Stewart), Paris (Chad), The Residents of Washington (Dr. Blane Peterson), Undressed (Carl), Meego (Karate Sensei), etc
