Blue Oar (청노 Cheongno) is a wonsul technique that create or form a circular disc made of Shinsu below the user's foot and use it to fly and surf in shinsu.
About[]
Shinsu is used to form a blue circular disc, which allows the rider to move at a very great speed. It is almost like a surf board, but in the shape of a disc. And since it's a wonsul technique, it's very likely that this technique requires a very high shinsu control skill mastery to make the disk perfectly circular and the user will also need a high concentration to maintain it for a period of time. The user can use this technique to move rapidly in a certain direction. Due to the great speed and momentum the technique produces, it can sometimes 'cause destruction along its pathway and can also be used to break through barriers.[1] The concept of this technique is basically to surf on shinsu. This technique was created and invented by ranker Mule Love.[2] Baam copied and learned this technique after seeing it just once from Love himself when they fight each other.
At the first glance, it seems that the main usage for this technique is only for a single transportation; where the user moves quickly from point A to point B, generally in a straight path. However, this assumption has been proven wrong when Baam used this technique to make a turn on sharp corners.[3] Bam also "enlarged" or "expanded" the size of the circular disc so it can carry more people. He used it to help Khun Aguero Agnis and Rak.
After evolving the Blue Oar to Wings Mode, Baam can still create the Blue Oar technique. However, he used it on other people to help them evade attacks. As seen when Baam use Blue Oar on Lee Soyong to help her evade Levy's spell attack: Deathly Blizzard.[4] This is proof that Baam really has mastered this technique to another level, since he can generate Blue Oar for other people.
