Stage 3 Partial Transformation - "Iron-willed Blackfoot" (3단계 부분 의태 - 절대 굽히지 못 하는 검은 발) is the name of Gado's stage 3 Canine Partial Transformation. This transformation will grant Gado the "rocket legs". This will allows Gado to move and fly very fast. [1]
The back calves on his both legs will create 3 "cavities" on each legs, that produce something like air jet thruster. So, it means there are total of 6 air jet thrusters.[1] This is actually just an advanced version of stage 2, where there are only 1 cavity on each legs (means only two thrusters).[2] In other words, stage 3 improved and doubled the speed efficiency.
The design of stage 3 was improved. There are three horns around the back heels of his legs. The middle horn, which is precisely located just in the middle of back heels, is relatively very short compared to other two horns which are very long.[1] It seems useful to improve balance while flying.
