Tsukuyomi is a tall man with a slim build with violet hair that parts to the right and violet eyes; he also wears lensless glasses with ornamental teardrops hanging from both corners of the frame.
Tsukuyomi dresses in the standard Momo Corp uniform and a white, fur-trimmed coat over his shoulders to signify that he is a Commanding Officer.

Ragnarök (神の望みを知るRagunaroku): Tsukuyomi can use his bacteria to manifest certain abilities based upon which tarot card he draws, making his ability incredibly versatile and unpredictable.
However, this strength is also his greatest weakness as Tsukuyomi's ability depends entirely on his own luck as he must shuffle his cards in order to use a new ability.
Another problem with Tsukuyomi's ability is the fact he's using tarot cards, meaning he needs to be warry of drawing a reverse card, which have inverted effects from their upright counterparts.

Unnamed Knight Attack: Tsukuyomi uses his bacteria to able to summon up to three knights, each with a different kind of sword.
The EightofSwords (SWORDの8, Sōdo no Hachi): Tsukuyomi uses his bacteria to summon eight swords which prevent his opponents from leaving their current position.
The Four of Swords - Suspend (SWORDの4【一時停止】 Sōdo no Yon [Ichijiteishi]): Tsukuyomi can use his bacteria to force one's movements to become slowed for the next five seconds.
The Chariot [Upright] (戦車【正位置】 Sensha [Seiichi]): Tsukuyomi uses his bacteria to summon a tank which he can ride on and use to attack his enemies.
The Star [Upright] (星【正位置】 Hoshi [Seiichi]): Tsukuyomi uses his bacteria to summon a starry night sky above himself which causes his enemies to lose the will to fight.
The Knight of Swords [Reverse] (SWORDの騎士【逆位置】 Sōdo no Kishi [Gyakuichi]): Tsukuyomi uses his bacteria to summon a knight on top of a horse. Due to being a reverse card, the knight attacks Tsukuyomi and not his enemies.

The Seven of Wands [Reverse] (ワンドの7【逆位置】 Wando no Nana [Gyakuichi]): Tsukuyomi uses his bacteria to summon a wall made out of wood to block incoming attacks. However, it's not very strong and was easily destroyed afterwards.
Strength [Upright] (力【正位置】Chikara [Seiichi]): Tsukuyomi uses his bacteria to summon a horned lion to attack his enemies.
The Devil [Reverse] (悪魔【逆位置】 Akuma [Gyakuichi]): Tsukuyomi uses his bacteria to summon a demonic figure who takes away any sort of bad luck that he's had till that point.
