Morimoto Futari (森本 二人 Morimoto Futari?) is a minor character in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. He is part of a group of thugs who sell the Level Upper to others, and is also one of its users.[1]

Using his real name on a message board, he posts that he thinks his Level went up by one or two levels thanks to the Level Upper and advises others to try it. His post helps Misaka Mikoto and Shirai Kuroko's investigation into the Level Upper by linking him to the gang he's part of.[1]
