Freak Show are personal bodyguards of Adrienne Estacado. They're distinct for wearing leather, bondage gear, which expresses their sexuality. Freak Show would also call Adrienne, nana.

Nicoletta Rescue[]
After finding out that Nicoletta De Vesci has been kidnapped, Jackie Estacado attacked the suite where she was held. Inside, Pimple sees a kitty and chases it off. They are then confronted by the Freak Show and a fight ensues between the two groups. Jackie manages to defeat them with the help of his Darklings.
Last they're seen escaping with Adrienne in a helicopter.
